Search any printer forum or short-form video app and you'll find makers drilling out or filing down stock nozzles to push past 0.8mm — chasing faster prints, chunky vase-mode pieces, and a distinct layered look. It works, but it's irreversible, imprecise, and voids whatever warranty was left.
